Refund and Return Policy

  1. Overview
    This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from the Learning & Development Hub (L&D Hub) for online eLearning courses and in-person training events. We strive to provide high-quality training experiences and aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Refund Policy for Online eLearning Courses

    Due to the digital nature of our eLearning courses, we do not provide refunds, exchanges or credits for purchased online courses, except under the following conditions:

  • If the course content is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues caused by us, we will attempt to resolve the issue or offer a full refund if the issue cannot be rectified.

    Therefore, please double check your purchase before submitting your order.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy for In-Person Training Events
    We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following cancellation and refund policy for our in-person training events:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: No refunds will be issued. 
  • If the event is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available event.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

  1. Course Transfers and Substitutions
  • You may request to transfer your in-person training event booking to another date if requested at least 7 days in advance. Approval is subject to availability.
  • If you are unable to attend an in-person training event, you may nominate a substitute attendee by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the event.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • No refunds will be provided for partially completed courses or for failing to attend an in-person event without prior notice.
  • Any digital course materials or downloadable resources included in a course package are non-refundable once accessed.

  1. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact our support team at  enquiries@ldhub.org.uk with the following details: 
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Course/Event name
  • Reason for the refund request

  1. Amendments
    We reserve the right to amend this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
