It was a good mix of interactive learning and slide shows. Pitched at a practical level that was easy to understand, it helped me think of how I can use this learning not just in my practice but day to day life.

I will not make assumptions about people and reflect on times when I think I might have been biased, let people tell me what they are like and not what I think they are like.
I need to have confidence if I disagree with the language people are using. I have been able to identify where my own unconscious bias is.
